Color Inspiration #50

This weeks 'Color Inspiration' challenge was an unusual mix of colors. I would have never put them together, and to be honest, was not looking forward to using them. Not that that would bother me - up for grabs is a $75 TwoPea's voucher!!! But, I would have to say I L O V E the finished product!
I had to pull an 'O' of another card I had made, but it looks alot better on this one (lol).

Hiya Everyone!
Just a quick post this evening (I say that everytime I know). I'v been doing a 'series' of quick, pocket thank you cards. I acctually made a collection for YouTube, but the lighting wasn't that good, and the camera battery kept running out (you know how it is, murphy's law effect) so I deleated them. I'v just posted two of my favourites on here.
On the other hand, my Two Pea's order arrived! $80 and not alot of stuff. Oh well, I LOVE it! I'm going to put a few cards on Etsy that I have made using my new supplies - or maybe not (can I bear to part with my beautiful creations?! lol). The last card I sold on Etsy was my favourite and I was so sad to see it go... And you know whats really fun? Alchemy (on Etsy), and it's great for me, because if someone offers $15 for something, I get $30 kiwi dollars - shotties!!!

Good Morning All!
I hope you're enjoying your weekend. Today's card features an element I haven't used before in a tutorial, baby. I happened to have KaiserKraft's new baby range of paper, so I decided to use it in this tutorial! I'm not so excited about the colours though - not exactly very 'babiesh', and, as I mentioned in the video, they are hard colours to pair up with a card base. The only thing I didn't like about the card, is the number I put on it, 3. This card is really for a 'baby', I should have put 1 on it. That's easily changed.
Anyhow, that's all. I'm thinking of doing a competition soon...I haven't had many successes with my previous ones :(

Good Evening All!
I hope you have all had a wonderful weekend, and wonderful Easter if you celebrate it. We had great weather here in Christchurch so it was nice to have some free time outside for a bit.

Anyway, I'v just got a pocketcard for you this week, quick and simple! I find it quite challenging to complete a card (and make it look good) in 10 minutes. It would be alot easier if I could cut and edit my videos. Oh well, I like the challenge!

Slowly, I'm working my way through my kraft cardstock, even though I used a 'saved from the bin' scrap this week for my card base. I bought a heap of it from Two Pea's (twopeasinabucket.com) and I only have one A4 sheet left! I also used a scrap of polka dot paper, which I have been saving forever (literally, I got it in my first purchase of crafting stuff)! The stamp, was from HeroArts called 'tiny owl'. I just can't stop using it - Its sooo CUTE!

I was 'admiring' my card after the video - silly yes, but whatever...:)- and it was only untill I posted the description on YouTube (when I had to give it a name) that I had put 'Who' instead of 'Hoo'...seriously, I can be so dumb at times!

I know this is gonna blow some minds, but SONY is working on a new phone called Simplicity that is just a phone. That's right :: No texting, No camera. No living your life for you. Just calling people and talking to them directly. Actual conversations with other humans, people!
Although, I worry that even this one wouldn't make the cut for simplicity... It still does that stupid flip thing.
